Thomas Bojko, MD, MS, JD

Dr. Bojko has made many contributions to the educational, clinical and administrative aspects of critical care medicine and hospital development. He is a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine, and served as a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Critical Care Executive Committee from 2000-2006. He has served as a member of the Committee on Pediatric Emergency Medicine (COPEM) and as the liaison between COPEM and SOCC from 2002 to 2008. He has been invited to author a number of editorials pertaining to the practice and administration of Pediatric Critical Care, which have been published in reputable journals.
In addition to his medical school and hospital duties, Dr. Bojko served as the Chair of NJ State AGMEC (Advisory Graduate Medical Education Council), as a member of the Board of Directors of the Medical Society of NJ and on the NACHRI (National Association of Children’s Hospitals) Board of Trustees and continues to serve on its Council on Education. In 2009 and 2010, Dr. Bojko chaired NACHRI’s national conference “Creating Connections”. During his time as a medical administrator and hospital executive, he gained insight and understanding of the needs of both academic medical centers as well as community hospitals operating in challenging market conditions.
In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Bojko received a master’s degree in Health Care Management, Administration and Policy from New York University’s Robert. F. Wagner School of Public Service, and a JD degree from Rutgers University School of Law. Prior to assuming his position at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in October 2001, Dr. Bojko was the Director of Critical Care Medicine at the Infants' and Children’s Hospital of Brooklyn at Maimonides Medical Center. He is the former Director of the pediatric intensive care unit at the Brooklyn Hospital Center and at Bellevue Hospital, both in New York City. Dr. Bojko received his Medical Degree from The University of Rome, Italy following which he completed a residency in Pediatrics in Newark, NJ and a fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at the New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical College.
Debra Petracca, MBA

Ms. Petracca is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and Marketing for Aviva Healthcare Solutions. Debra is an accomplished strategic planning and marketing executive specializing in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Debra is known for her expertise in developing and executing strategic business plans designed to drive profitable growth, competitive market positioning, and organizational value. She has experience in working with healthcare organizations ranging in size from community hospitals to large academic medical centers.
Prior to joining Aviva HCS, Debra was Vice President, Strategic Planning & Business Development at Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood, NJ. Prior to that, she held several leadership roles in a number of healthcare institutions including Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Montefiore Medical Center and Ohio Health.
In addition to her extensive hospital experience she also spent a number of years in the pharmaceutical industry and has received a number of awards for her marketing efforts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Temple University, a master’s degree in finance from St. John’s University and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD) and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Omri Bojko

Mr. Bojko is Vice President of Operations and Finance for Aviva Healthcare Solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a post-graduate finance certificate from University of Chicago. Omri brings a unique operational and strategic background to Aviva, having spent the majority of his career in the finance industry. He has a wide and varied understanding of the different players in the healthcare industry gained from trading healthcare sector derivatives – where he was involved in business strategy, operations, and capitalization of firms ranging from biotechnology startups to pharmaceutical conglomerates.
Prior to joining Aviva Healthcare Solutions, Omri was an equity derivatives trader for Spot Trading LLC, a leading US proprietary trading firm. Omri is also heavily involved in the social enterprise movement in the United States, helping to start profitable businesses while facilitating social improvement.

Maytal Rand, MPH

Ms. Rand is Vice President of Research and Development for Aviva Healthcare Solutions. She holds a master’s degree in International Public Health from the Braun School of Public Health and Community Medicine at Hebrew University-Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. Maytal is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research design and analysis and has extensive experience in the design of multi-faceted primary healthcare interventions including prioritization of health issues and the design of appropriate diagnostic tools.
Prior to joining Aviva Healthcare Solutions, Maytal worked for Hess Corporation in Occupational Health and Safety Research Coordinating and Training. Maytal also holds a certificate from Hebrew University in Community Mental Health and a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
